I had a blast cooking, playing and pouring (with the help of Bonnie) at the Cordrey Center on Wednesday the 24th of April. It was the overflow from the sold out class 2 weeks before. I made homemade Ricotta Cheese which I slathered on a crostini and drizzled with balsamic glaze. Next up was a antipasti salad with white balsamic vinaigrette. Then my homemade potato gnocchi in a pancetta, chive, butter/olive oil sauce and finished with handmade cheese ravioli topped with my Grandma Tagliaferro’s fast sauce all while stummin’ on the guitar.
We have booked the next one for June 13th “A Night in Tuscany” out by the fireplace. Details coming soon…..
